the staff members showed really good support and tended to our needs, made my family very happy. ahmed wahdan at the reception was particularly helpful. muhammad fahty and mahmoud from room service also gave us AMAZING service! i will surely come back to this hotel.

the hotel offered limited shuttle bus services, with the last bus departing quite early, so i had to plan my trips carefully.

the food was good with a lot of variety for all ages. access to the other hotels in the group was a real benefit. i was always able to find something delicious. the variety of activities available kept everyone entertained.

the evening entertainment finished quite early, so there wasn't much to do after 10 pm.

the room was spacious and well kept, with two separate sinks , made getting ready easier. a rainfall shower provided a relaxing experience. the housekeeping service kept everything super clean throughout my stay.

this hotel REALLY disappointed me. the food was just ok. It was repetitive and the taste wasn't great. The drinks tasted cheap, and the alcohol quality was low. THE nightly entertainment was very basic and boring.

the hotel has multiple restaurants. food variety at the soprano restaurant was excellent. the hotel features many pools, including sky pools. i saw good service from the waiters in the soprano restaurant. cleanliness was maintained well.

ahmed houssain and lifeguard mohamed mahmoud were fantastic by the pool they were always ready to assist my family the hotel provides facilities for all age groups from babies to adults i found this very convenient the hotel offers many activities the animation team is very friendly and well-prepared

the water pressure in the bathroom was terrible the water was also scalding hot it was difficult to shower i could hear other guests and the housekeeper shouting the entrance door handle didn't work properly the housekeeper didn't close the door properly twice

kareem gave great service at the pool. the cafe near reception offered the best service. the hotel arranged a trip to the desert, and it was fun. the wind prevented a sea trip however.

the kids club wasn't good. staff rarely supervised it. staff closed early one day, leaving my children unattended. i found this unacceptable and a real issue.

the staff were friendly and helpful. i found the service was fantastic, especially from pool waiters. daily room cleaning was provided and the housekeeping were both friendly and hardworking.
